What is the payment method?
When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF or other terms. When producing in bulk, we usually require a 30% advance payment of the goods and the balance to be paid according to the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are wire transfers, and of course, letters of credit are also acceptable.
I want to customize my umbrellas.
We provide customization services according to customers' requirements, such as customizing the patterns, fabrics, ribs, handles, labels & hang tags, packaging bags & boxes, etc. We can make umbrellas according to customers' drawings and samples.
Can I add my logo on the umbrellas?
Yes, we can add your logo on the umbrella handle, on the umbrella fabric panel, on the umbrella strap, or on the packaging bag.
How long does it take to make the samples?
The production of samples takes approximately 3-5 days.
It takes 5-7 days to ship via FedEx/DHL/UPS.
How long is the bulk production lead time?
The production lead time for bulk orders will depend on the quantity, but usually takes around 10-30 days.
After you confirm the quantity and styles of the order, we will reply to you with the exact delivery time.
Shipment by sea takes approximately 25-40 days.
How will the goods be delivered to the customer?
Normally, we ship the goods to the customers by sea. But if the customer is in a hurry to receive the goods, we can also arrange air freight.
What should I do if I receive damaged defect products?
